Abstract:

Cílem této práce je zjistit hodnotu výkonu (tepelného toku) žebrovaného deskového výměníku vymontovaného z automobilu. Tato práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je teoreticko-metologická, která se zabývá rozdělením tepelných výměníků podle různých parametrů, jejich údržbou a možnostmi zvýšení jejich účinnosti. Pak se tato část zabývá problematikou přestupu tepla přes stěnu. Druhou část této práce tvoří aplikační část, kde je popsán postup výpočtu výkonu výměníku na hmotnostních průtocích. Poté aplikační část tvoří grafická ukázka výsledných hodnot a jejich následné zhodnocení a návrhy na opatření.

Abstract:

The goal of this work is to determine the value of power (heat flow) of a finned plate heat exchanger removed from a car. This work is divided into two parts. First part is theoretical and methodological, which deals with the division of heat exchangers according to various parameters, their maintenance and the possibility of increasing their efficiency. Then this part deals with the issue of heat transfer through the wall. The second part of this work is the application part, which describes the procedure for calculating the exchange power at mass flows. Then the application part consists of a graphical example of the resulting values and their subsequent evaluation and proposals for measures.
