V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme potlačení luminiscenčního pozadí v ramanských spektrech, které často ramanský signál překrývá. Z experimentálních metod potlačení luminiscence byla použita změna vlnové délky laseru, vysvěcování luminiscence včetně změny intenzity excitace a rozdíl v depolarizovanosti ramanského signálu a luminiscence. In this thesis we study reduction of luminescent background in Raman spectra which often overwhelms Raman signal. From experimental methods change of excitation wavelength, photobleaching including change of the excitation intensity and different depolarization of Raman signal and luminescence were used.
