The combination of digital and offset printing

Abstract:

Cílem této práce bylo porovnat Ňznémožnosti kombinace digitálního a ofsetového tisku. Porovnat odolnost vůči oděru při přetisku elektrofotografickýcm tonerem přes ofsetové barvy. Vlastnosti přetisku digitální technikou byly sledovány na vzorcích s různou mírou plošného pokrytí (100%,80%, 60%, a 40%) a na dvou druzích potiskovaného materiálu: na nenatíraném bezdřevém ofsetovém papíru a na leskle oboustranně vícekrát natíraném papíru. Pro možnosti porovnání byly použity dv druhy ofsetových barev, které byly tištěny různou mírou plošného pokrytí (100%, 80%, 60%, 40% a 20%). Odolnost vůči oděru byla testována pomocí přístroje Ink rub Tester. Hodnocení množství přenesené barvy bylo hodnoceno denzinometrem.

Abstract:

The aim of this work was to compare the possibilities of combining digital and offset printing. Compare resistance to abrasion when overprinting with electrophotographic toner over offset inks. The properties of digital overprinting were monitored on samples with different levels of surface coverage (100%, 80%, 60%, and 40%) and on two types of printed material: on uncoated wood-free offset paper and on glossy paper coated multiple times on both sides. For comparison, two types of offset colors were used, which were printed with different levels of surface coverage (100%, 80%, 60%, 40% and 20%). Abrasion resistance was tested using the Ink rub Tester. Evaluation of the amount of color transferred was evaluated with a densinometer.
