Test for Corporate Insolvency
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá testem insolvence v korporátním právu. Cílem práce je především objasnit potřebu zavedení testu insolvence do českého korporátního práva. Dalším cílem práce je definovat aplikační oblasti testu insolvence, a to především v rámci distribuce majetku v kapitálových společnostech.
Abstract:
This graduation thesis deals with the Test for Corporate Insolvency. The goal of this thesis is principally to justify the need to include the Test for Corporate Insolvency in Czech corporate law. The latter goal is to define the fiels of application of the Test for Insolvencyan this particulary in connection with the distribution of capital in corporations.
