Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na banketní a cateringové služby. Záměrem bakalářské práce je získat co nejvíce informací o celkovém chodu společnosti Plzeňský catering a zjistit co možná nejvíce informací o potencionálních zákaznících, které by mohly vést k vylepšení a přizpůsobení služeb podle toho, co si zákazníci žádají.Abstract:
Bachelor´s dissertation is focused on banquet and catering services. The aim of the bachelor´s dissertation is to get as much information as possible about the overall operation of Pilsen catering and find out as much information as possible about potential customers that could lead to improvements and customization of services based on what customers want.
