Corruption as a Social Deviation

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá korupcí jako společenským jevem z pohledu sociologie. Jsou zde vymezeny pojmy sociální deviace, anomie, normalita a teorie sociální deviace. Poté se práce orientuje na korupci a korupční chování vznikající na základě korupčních norem. Dále se práce věnuje korupci jako důsledku poruchy normativních systémů a nedokonalé sociální kontroly. Následně je popsána prevence a obrana společnosti vůči projevům korupce. V další části se pojednává o podílu nevládních organizací v boji proti korupci. Je zde také uvedena právní úprava korupce v českém a zahraničním právu. V závěru práce je provedena analýza opatření proti korupci.

Abstract:

This bachelor´s thesis is about the corruption as a social phenomenon from the perspective of sociology. There are terms defined social deviance, anomie, normality and social deviance theory. The work is also oriented on the corruption and a corrupt behavior based on the corruption norms. Then this bachelor´s thesis is about the corruption as a result of failures of normative systems and an imperfect social control. Subsequently is described a prevention and a defense of society against expressions of corruption. The next section is written about the participation of non-governmental organizations in the fight against the corruption. There is also identified the corruption legislation in the Czech and the foreign law. In the end of my thesis is made the analysis of the precaution against the corruption.
