Úloha proteinů AGR2 a AGR3 v biologii nádorové buňky

The role of AGR2 and AGR3 proteins in cancer cell.
Abstract:
V souvislosti s hledáním nových nádorových markerů byla charakterizována exprese a funkce nedávno objevených proteinů AGR2 a AGR3. Přestože funkce a regulace AGR2 a AGR3 na molekulární úrovni zůstávají z velké části nezodpovězeny, zdá se, že tyto proteiny vykazují parametry klinicky relevantního faktoru, který dokáže modulovat odpověď nádorové buňky na různé stresové stimuly.
Abstract:
In context of a new tumor marker search, expression and function of recently discovered AGR2 and AGR3 proteins was characterized. Despite the function and regulation of AGR2 and AGR3 on molecular level stay unclear, it seems that these proteins show parameters of a clinically relevant factor that can modulate answer of a cancer cell to different stress stimulus.
