Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou náhrady nemajetkové újmy dle aktuální pracovněprávní a občanskoprávní úpravy. Cílem práce je vymezit nemajetkovou újmu a druhy jejích náhrady. Práce se také zaobírá subjekty, které jsou k náhradě nemajetkové újmy povinny a v neposlední řadě i možností liberace a exkulpace. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the issue of compensation for non-pecuniary damage according to the current labour and civil law. The aim of the thesis is to define non-pecuniary damage and types of its compensation.
