Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce „Celní a daňový dluh a způsoby vymáhání“ jsou jednotlivé způsoby vymáhání jak daňového, tak celního dluhu podle relevantních právních předpisů. Těmi jsou především daňový řád a modernizovaný celní kodex. Práce se věnuje též mezinárodní pomoci při vymáhání některých finančních pohledávek. The topics covered in this Bachelor’s thesis called “Customs and Tax Debt and Methods of its Enforcement” are the individual ways of customs and tax debt enforcement according to the relevant laws and regulations.
