Abstract:
Práce pojednává o šlechtění bakterií, které produkují speciální antibiotika proti bakteriálním rodům Staphylococcus aureus, Acinetobacter baumannii, Streptococcus agalactiae v různých teplotách. Antibiotika účinkují na bakterie Staphylococcus aureus do 32°C, Streptococcus agalactiae do 31°C a Acinetobacter baumannii do 31°C. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the breeding of bacteria that produce special antibiotics against the bacteria Staphylococcus aureus, Acinetobacter baumannii, Streptococcus agalactiae at different temperatures. Antibiotics work on Staphylococcus aureus bacteria up to 32°C, Streptococcus agalactiae up to 31°C and Acinetobacter baumannii up to 31°C.
