Education for healthy way of the nourishment by children at Special Elementary School

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o zásadách zdravé výživy a výchově k výživě dětí na základní škole speciální. K jejímu zpracování bylo využito kvantitativního výzkumu, nestandardizovaného rozhovoru s pedagogy, sestaven nestandardizovaný dotazník pro žáky, analyzovány tištěné a elektronické literární zdroje. Dotazníkem byly mapovány znalosti dětí o zdravé výživě a jejich využití v praktickém životě. Závěr stručně shrnuje získané výsledky.

Abstract:

This Bachelor work is discussing the principles of a healthy nourishment and the education for a nutrition of children at special school. To their processing there were used a quantitative research and unstandardized interview with schoolmasters. There was made out an unstandardized questionnaire for pupils, there were analysed the printed and electronic literary resources. Through the questionnaire there was charted the knowledge of children in a healthy nourishment and its usage in a practical life. The conclusion summarised briefly the gained results.
