Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá realizací prorodinné politiky v organizacích v rámci sociální politiky organizace. Úvodní část je zaměřena na charakteristiku regionu a také vybraných respondentů. Druhá část je zaměřena na teoretickou část, která je propojena s částí metodologickou, v níž bylo zjišťováno, jak se zaměstnavatelé staví k nabídce flexibilních a specifickým formám zaměstnávání a jaká nabízejí prorodinná opatření v rámci své organizace. Ve své bakalářské práci zmiňuje autorka proces slaďování pracovního a rodinného života, jež by mělo být základem v budování prorodinné politiky v organizacích. Cílem šetření je analýza sociální politiky vybraných organizací se zaměřením na prorodinnou sociální politiku jako podkladu pro návrh možných změn a inovací v souladu s evropskými trendy. V závěru práce autorka uvedla příklady dobré praxe v rámci rovných příležitostí a trendy v oblasti prorodinné politiky ve vybraných evropských zemích, které by mohly být podkladem k návrhu možných opatření směrem k vybraným organizacím.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the implementation of family-friendly policies in organizations within the social policy of the organization . The first part is focused on the characteristics of the region and the selected respondents . The second part focuses on the theoretical part , which is connected with a part of a methodological framework in which it was examined how employers are built to offer flexible and specific forms of employment and which offer pro-family measures within their organization . In his thesis the author refers to the process of reconciling work and family life , which should be the basis to build a family-friendly policies in organizations. The aim of the investigation is the analysis of social policy selected organizations with a focus on pro-family social policy as a basis for proposing possible changes and innovation in line with European trends. In the end, the author gave examples of good practice in the context of equal opportunities and trends in family-friendly policies in selected European countries , which could be the basis for the design of the possible measures towards the selected organizations .
