Measuring the extensibility and elasticity of the fabrics for pattern construction of clothing

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na možnost nedestruktivně měřit pružnost a deformaci pleteniny na vzorcích blížících se reálnému užití. Výstup z měření je aplikován do konstrukce oděvu dámského trika s modelovou úpravou. Dále tato práce uvádí stručně pojmy jako je pevnost, tažnost a deformace pleteniny, tlak oděvu na tělo, či padnutí oděvu. Následně v experimentální části práce je uvedeno testování na přístrojích Labtest 2.05 se speciálními čelistmi v podobě tyčových činek pro upevnění vzorku ve smyčce a Testometric Model M350-5CT se speciálním nástavcem ve tvaru polokoule. Z výsledků měření je pomocí matematického vztahu na základě Laplaceova zákona vypočtena komprese vzorků. Vzorky jsou dále analyzovány pomocí obrazové analýzy programu Nis-Elements pro zjištění jejich deformace v ploše.

Abstract:

Master's thesis called "Measuring the extensibility and elasticity of the fabrics for pattern construction of clothing" is focused on the possibility of undestructive measurement of flexibility and deformation of knitted fabric on samples under conditions that are simulating real utilization. Results of the measurements are applicated to the construction of woman's t-shirt with model modification. The thesis deals with concepts of strength, elongation and deformation of knitted fabric, pressure of the cloth to the body, or how the cloth fits on the body. The experimental part of the thesis is focused on testing of the phenomena mentioned earlier. Labtest 2.05 with special clamps in a shape of circular stick for testing the loop samples and Testometric Model M350_5CT with a special extension in a shape of hemisphere were devices that were used for experimental testing. Data that were acquired during testing were confronted with Laplace equation and compression of the samples was reached. The samples were analyzed also by/with Nis-Elements program to obtain their deformation on areal fabrics.
