Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je parlamentní kontrola vlády ČR v oblasti EU skrze činnost Výboru pro evropské záležitosti PS PČR. Cílem je zhodnotit formální nastavení kontrolních procesů a jejich reálné fungování. Předmětem výzkumu tak bude způsob zapojení Poslanecké sněmovny (Výboru pro evropské záležitosti) do rozhodování v evropských záležitostech, a otázka, zda dokáže reálně využít svůj potenciál, …more
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis aims to describe basic control mechanisms of parliamentary scrutiny of government in the field of EU affairs. The thesis presents case study of parliamentary scrutiny in the Czech republic and the effectiveness of the control mechanisms based on legislative settings which are aplicated by European Affairs Comittee.
