File separation of building authorities in the context of the Act on Archiving and File Service and a proposal for its solution
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce zpracovává spisovou rozluku stavebních úřadů v důsledku novelizace stavebního zákona. V teoretické rovině je zmapován současný výkon působnosti stavebního řádu a legislativní rámec spisové rozluky. Praktická část je věnována návrhu procesu realizace spisové rozluky prvoinstančních obecných stavebních úřadů.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the file separation of building authorities as a result of the amendment of the Building Act. In the theoretical level, the current execution of the scope of the Building code and the legislative framework of the file separation is mapped.
