Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zabýval právem akcionáře na informace. Toto právo je stěžejní pro kvalifikované rozhodování akcionářů na valných hromadách. Nejdříve jsem obecně vymezil právo v souboru akcionářských práv a povinností a poté se zaměřil na jeho úpravu, která je převážně obsažena v zákoně č. 513/1991 Sb., obchodní zákoník, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Theme of my diploma thesis is shareholder´s right to information. This right is most important for qualified decision-making by shareholders at general meeting. . First, I generally define shareholders set of rights and than i focus on this specific right. It is contained in the Act No. 513/1991 Coll., The Commercial Code.
