Thermally initiated intramolecular cyclizations of 3-substituted non-symmetrical allenylazines
Abstract:
Termicky iniciovaná cyklizace nesymetrických allenylazinů se ukázala jako vhodná metoda vedoucí ke kondenzovaným pyrrolidino[1,2-b]pyrazolům, které naznačily významnou biologickou účinnost. Úkolem diplomové práce bylo syntetizovat výchozí 3-substituované homoallenylaldehydy, z nich připravit odpovídající nesymetrické aziny a podrobit je cyklizaci.
Abstract:
The work is concentrated to the synthesis of 3-substituted homoallenylaldehydes and their transformation to non-symmetrical allenylazines. Allenylazines then under thermal initiation underwent cyclization via 1,3-dipole to substituted fused pyrrolidino[1,2-b]pyrazoles. Some of similar compounds have already showed interesting biological activity.
