Possibilities of the local therapy of the myofascial trigger point

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice myofasciálního trigger pointu a možnostech lokální terapie. V úvodní části je popsána základní fyziologie příčně pruhovaného svalstva. Další kapitoly popisují myofasciální trigger point, teorie vzniku, diagnostiku, přidružené fenomény a klinický obraz. Na závěr teoretické části jsou popsány možnosti lokální terapie. V praktické části jsou zpracovány kazuistiky osob s latentním trigger pointem a jejich terapie.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis treats with myofascial trigger point and possibilities of local therapy. In the first part is written basic physiology of the skeletal muscle. Next chapters describe myofascial trigger point, theory of creation, diagnosis, associated phenomena and the clinical picture. At the end of theoretical part are described local therapies. In practical section are compiled case reports of people with latent trigger point and their treatment.
