The Religious Scene in Ústí nad Labem

Abstract:

Cílem práce je zmapovat náboženské společnosti, církve, sekty a nová náboženská hnutí v Ústí nad Labem. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, část první je teoretická a snaží se o vysvětlení základních pojmů, část druhá již konkrétně popisuje náboženské společnosti v Ústí nad Labem. Popis jednotlivých společností spočívá v jejich základní charakteristice, způsobu organizace, vyznání víry, historii a informací týkajících se současného působení.

Abstract:

The objective of the thesis is to give the picture of religious groups, churches, cults and new religious movements which occur in Ústí nad Labem. The work is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and explains important terms concerning religion. The second part is practical and describes concrete religious groups in Ústí nad Labem. The description of particular religious groups consists of their basic characterisation, the way of organization, creed, history and information of contemporary activities.
