Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou fungování, financování a hospodaření příspěvkových organizací v České republice. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí teoretické a praktické. V úvodu teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy nutné pochopení problematiky příspěvkových organizací. Dále je teoretická část zaměřena na příspěvkové organizace, na jejich českou právní úpravu, vznik a zrušení, hospodaření a způsoby financování. Praktická část pak popisuje fungování, hospodaření a financování konkrétní příspěvkové organizace, kterou je Zoologická zahrada Liberec. Představuje zoologickou zahradu, její historii, současnost a zřizovací listinu. Následující kapitola je pak věnována hospodaření zoologické zahrady. Na závěr diplomové práce jsou předloženy možné návrhy zlepšení financování zoologické zahrady.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of the operation, financing and economic activities of state-funded organizations in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two main parts theoretical and practical. In the beginning of the theoretical part, basic concepts, necessary for understanding the issue of state-funded organizations, are explain. Then, the theoretical part is focused on the state-funded organizations, their Czech legislation, the establishment and termination, economic activities and funding. The practical part describes the operation, economic activities and ways of financing of specific state-funded organization, which Zoological Garden in Liberec is. It represents the zoo, its history, the present and the Foundation Deed. The following chapter is devoted to the money economic activities of the zoo. At the conclusion of the thesis possible proposals to improve financing zoo are presented.
