Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá vývojom oceňovacích predpisov na území dnešnej Českej republiky od roku 1897 do súčasnosti. Jej predpokladaným prínosom je poskytnúť čitateľovi o tomto období systematický a ucelený prehľad.
