Bakalářská práce se věnuje řízení rizik v podniku KOVO Koudelka s.r.o. Teoretická část definuje riziko, popisuje fáze procesu řízení rizik a charakterizuje problematiku strategického plánování. Praktická část shrnuje vývoj společnosti, definuje stanovené cíle a na základě provedených analýz hodnotí možná rizika. Thesis deals with risk management in a KOVO Koudelka Ltd. Company. The theoretical part of this thesis defines risk, describes phases of risk management process, and characterizes the issues of strategic planning.
