Abstract:
Práce se zabývá řešením sporů v rámci WTO. Věnuje se jednotlivým aktérům - stranám sporu, třetím stranám a orgánům WTO. Zkoumá a na příkladech ukazuje jejich postavení a postupy v jednotlivých fázích procesu řešení sporů. Srovnává některé klíčové instituty a celkovou efektivitu s dřívější úpravou v rámci GATT. Abstract:
The thesis is focused on WTO dispute settlement process. It deals with the various actors - the parties to the disputes, third parties and WTO bodies involved. Their status and practices in different stages of the dispute resolution process are explored. It compares some key institutions and the overall efficiency with an earlier provision in the GATT.
