Abstract:
Bakalářská práce na téma Psychická zátěž pedagogů - syndrom vyhoření se zabývá problematikou stresu, stresových situací a syndromu vyhoření. Obsahuje příčiny, projevy a důvody vzniku syndromu vyhoření. Léčbu syndromu vyhoření a doporučení, jak zvládat stres. Praktická část obsahuje výzkum, který vyhodnocuje četnost stresových situací pedagogů a jejich intenzitu zvládání.
Abstract:
Bachelor's thesis on the topic of psychological stress teachers - burnout deals with stress, stress situations and burn-up syndrome. Includes causes, symptoms and the reasons for the emergence of burn-up syndrome. Syndrome, burn-up and treatment recommendations on how to manage stress.
