Project of streamling the varnishing process and the material flow in the varnishing hall in the company TON, a.s.

Abstract:

Tématem mé diplomové práce je projekt zefektivnění činností na lakovací hale ve společ-nosti TON, a.s. za použití vybraných metod průmyslového inženýrství. Cílem je navržení zlepšovacích opatření, která by vedla ke snížení plýtvání během procesu a tím zvýšení efek-tivnosti výroby. Práce je rozdělená do dvou základních částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je vysvětlen pojem průmyslové inženýrství a dále některé vybrané metody PI. Praktická část je opět rozdělená a to na analytickou a projektovou část. V analytické části je především popsán současný stav na lakovací hale. K tomu bylo využito zejména pozorování a měření práce. Projektová část je zaměřena na navrhování opatření, které by vedly k redukci plýt-vání. Využívá se k tomu změna layoutu, zkracování doby seřízení, 5S a vizualizace.

Abstract:

The theme of my diploma work is a project focused to improve efficiency of activities in a lacquering hall in the company TON, a.s. by using methods of industry engineering. The aim is to suggest improving arrangements, which would conduce to reduce waste during the process and to improve production efficiency. The work is divided into two basic parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part there are introduced Industry Engineering in general and some chosen methods of industry engineering. Practical part is also divided into two parts, the analytical and the project part. In the analytical part there is a description of present situation on the lacquering hall. To get needed information an observation and time measuring were used. The project part is ori-ented on a solution proposal which would lead to waste cut-down. To reach this a layout change, a stealing of setting-up time, 5S and visualization are used.
