Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá sociálními vztahy dětí s problémovým chováním, je zaměřena především na interakci učitel a žák. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje několik kapitol, kde bylo cílem popsat pomocí odborné literatury projevy a příčiny problémového chování a definovat toto chování. Poslední kapitola popisuje problémové chování ve škole, vztahy problémových žáků, působení učitele na problémového žáka a strategie vhodné pro práci s těmito dětmi. Praktická část blíže specifikuje problémové chování na prvním stupni základní školy především ve vztahu učitel a žák. Dotýká se také sociálních vztahů rodinných a vztahů mezi vrstevníky a to především z pohledu učitele. Snažila jsem se hlouběji porozumět pohledu učitelů na problémové žáky, na projevy chování, které vnímají jako problémové a situace, kdy se takové chování objevuje. V neposlední řadě, jakými výchovnými technikami a postupy učitelé řeší nežádoucí chování. Zvolila jsem kvalitativní výzkum, realizovaný metodou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Design výzkumu je případová studie, kdy jsem shromážděná data analyzovala pomocí otevřeného kódování, jejíž výsledky byly rozděleny do jednotlivých kategorií a poté shrnuty v poslední kapitole. V závěru jsou sepsány výsledky práce, z kterých je patrné, že názory učitelů na problémové děti se v mnoha případech jednoznačně shodují, ale v některých případech také různí. Je zřejmé, že i učitelé jednají dle svých charakterových vlastností a zkušeností, a že problémové chování ovlivňuje sociální vztahy problémových dětí.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis explores social relationships of children with behavioural problems; it is especially focused on interaction between teachers and their pupils. This work is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part contains several chapters; their the goal was to describe, with help of professional literature, manifestations and causes of problematic behaviour in schools, problematic relationships between pupils, the influence of teachers on problematic pupils, and suitable strategies for working with problematic children. Practical part specifies problematic behaviour in primary school especially in a relationship between teachers and their pupils. It also deals with social relationships within families, and relationships between peers especially from teachers? point of view. I tried to understand better the teachers? point of view on problematic pupils, on the behaviour that they consider as problematic, and situations where such behaviour occurs, and finally, which educational techniques and procedures teachers use to deal with undesirable behaviour. I used qualitative research, carried out by semi-structured interview. Design of the research is a case study, in which I collected data analysed by using open coding; the results were divided into categories and then summarized in the last chapter. In Conclusion are written the results of my work, from which it is apparent, that teachers? opinions on problematic children are in many cases quite clearly united, but in some cases they are different. It is obvious that even teachers act according to their character traits and experiences, and that problematic behaviour affects social relationships of problematic children.
