The concept and content of legal acts in the interenet environment
Abstract:
Práce se zabýva pojmem a obsahem právních úkonů na internetu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a aplikační část. Teoretická se zabývá obecnýnim východisky k pojmu právního úkonu a regulaci internetové komunikace obecně. Aplikační část se zabývá pozitivněprávní úpravou dané problematiky.
Abstract:
The work deals with the legal regulation of on-line activities from the perspective of private law. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The teoretical part deals with general theory of contract law and internet jurisdicion. The practical part deals with current legal rules on internet jurisdiction, choice of law from electronic transactions and electronic contracting.
