Diplomová práce se zabývá pojmem věrohodnost svědecké výpovědi především v trestním řízení. Mimo problematiku věrohodnosti blíže popisuje s ní související témata, a to výslech, výpověď a osobu svědka
Abstract:
The work deals with the problem of the credibility of witness testimony in criminal proceedings. It also describes the concept of interrogation, testimony and witness.
