Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na metodiku a nácvik bruslení u dětí předškolního věku. V teoretické části popisujeme historický vývoj bruslení, dále se věnujeme metodickému postupu bruslení od nejjednodušších prvků až po ty složitější a jejich začlenění do tréninkové jednotky. This bachelor's thesis concentrates on methodology and training of skating in the children of pre-school age. In the theoretical part we describe the historical development of ice-skating and we also draw our attention to the methodological approach of ice-skating, from the easiest to the more advanced elements, and their implementation in a training unit.
