New Building with Low Energy Consumption

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce nás v teoretické části seznámila svým obsahem s problematikou návrhu energeticky úsporných budov, popsala jejich rozdělení do kategorií a specifikovala principiální zásady pro návrh nízkoenergetických a pasivních budov. Aplikační část bakalářské práce se zabývala návrhem architektonické studie a vypracováním projektu novostavby s nízkou spotřebou energie ve stupni pro stavební povolení. Projekt se zaměřil především na návrh novostavby v pasivní standardu s optimalizací stavebního a konstrukčního řešení. Novostavba byla navržena a umístěna na konkrétním pozemku s vhodnou orientací ke světovým stranám tak, aby zajišťovala nejlepší komfort pro budoucí užívání. Obvodová konstrukce novostavby byla navržena jako masivní konstrukce. Byla navržena plochá střecha k minimalizaci ochlazované plochy. Novostavba byla opatřena rekuperační jednotkou s vysokou efektivní účinností pro zpětné získávání tepla. Jako primární zdroj tepla bylo navrženo tepelné čerpadlo země/voda. Pro vyhodnocení navržené novostavby bylo vypracováno tepelně technické posouzení vlastností konstrukcí obálky s pomocí programu Teplo. Posouzení energetické náročnosti novostavby bylo vyhodnoceno pomocí programu Energie. Navržená novostavba dle metodiky TNI 73 0329 (2010) byla zatříděna do třídy RD12P a byla označena jako energeticky pasivní rodinný dům.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis in theoretical part of us acquainted with its content with designing energy efficient buildings, described the division into categories and specify fundamental principles for the design of low energy and passive buildings. The application part of the thesis examined a draft architectural studies and the establishment of new buildings with low energy consumption in the building permit stage. The project focused mainly on the proposal for a new building in the passive standard with optimized construction and engineering solutions. The new building was designed and placed on a specific property with the appropriate orientation to the cardinal so as to provide the best comfort for future use. The circuit new building was designed as a massive structure. It was designed to minimize the flat roof of the cooled surface. The new building was equipped with a recuperation unit with high efficiency efficient heat recovery. The primary heat source has been proposed a heat pump / water. For evaluation of proposed new buildings were developed thermal technical assessment of the performance envelope structures using heat. Assessment of the energy performance of new buildings was assessed using energy. The proposed new building according to the methodology TNI 73 0329 (2010) were classified into class RD12P and has been reported as a passive energy house.
