Rakovina prostaty je jednou z nejčastějších malignit v mužské populaci. Změny v expresi některých kritických genů vedou k deregulaci buněčného růstu a k maligní transformaci buněk. Prostate cancer is one of the most common malignancies in the male population. Changes in the expression of some critical genes lead to deregulation of cell growth and malignant transformation of cells.
