V práci sa zaoberáme problematikou odmeňovania zamestnancov. V bankách má tvorba zásad systému odmeňovania určité špecifiká. V prvej časti rozoberáme teoretické východiská. Venujeme sa definíciám komerčnej banky a manažmentu ľudských zdrojov. Vysvetlíme pojmy ako činnosti a ciele banky, produkty a ich klasifikáciu ako aj výkonnosť bánk.
