Anotácia:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou histaminové intolerance z pohledu ošetřovatelství a edukace. Práce je členěná na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část bakalářské práce předkládá nejnovější teoretické poznatky v souvislosti s histaminovou intolerancí, její příčiny, příznaky, diagnostiku, léčbu, prevenci a edukaci. Empirická část zjišťuje, jak pacienti trpící histaminovou intolerancí vnímají svoji nemoc po stránce bio-psycho-socio spirituální prostřednictvím řízeného rozhovoru. Rozhovory jsou vedeny se čtyřmi respondenty s histaminovou intolerancí.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of histamine intolerance from the perspective of nursing and education. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis presents the latest theoretical knowledge in relation to histamine intolerance, its causes, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, prevention and education. The empirical part focuses on qualitative research through a guided interview. Interviews are conducted with 4 respondents who have been diagnosed with histamine intolerance. The aim is to find out how patients suffering from histamine intolerance perceive their disease in terms of bio-psycho-socio-spiritual aspects.
