Abstract:
Práce popisuje institut krajní nouze. Popisuje podmnínky za kterých jej lze použít a srovnává krajní nouzi s nutnou obranou a oprávněným použitím zbraně. Dále je zde popsáno srovnání české a německé právní úpravy krajní nouze.
Abstract:
The thesis describes the institute of extreme emergency. It describes all conditions which are necessary to behave in the extreme emrgency and compares this institute with a private defence and an authorized use of weapon. It describes a comparison between the Czech and the German regulation of the extreme emergency.
