V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme stanovení vybraných karboxylových kyselin. Byl vytvořen přehled derivatizačních metod pro úpravu karboxylových kyselin a následně byla vybrána a optimalizována metoda, která využívala specifických reakcí alkyl chloroformiátů. In this thesis we study the determination of selected carboxylic acids. There has been created an overview of derivatization methods for carboxylic acids. Subsequently methods based on alkylchloroformates derivatization reaction were selected and optimized. Gas chromatography with a flame ionization detector was used for analysis.
