Diplomová práce je zaměřena na teoretický popis a aplikaci metody teorie omezení při racionalizaci procesu údržby ve zvoleném podniku. V teoretické části autor popisuje známé literární poznatky v oblasti logistiky, údržby, informačního toku a teorie omezení.
