Anotácia:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na teoretický popis a aplikaci metody teorie omezení při racionalizaci procesu údržby ve zvoleném podniku. V teoretické části autor popisuje známé literární poznatky v oblasti logistiky, údržby, informačního toku a teorie omezení. V aplikační části autor analyzuje celkový řetězec údržby, ve kterém následně identifikuje omezení. Dále autor aplikuje metody teorie omezení pro uzdravení slabých míst řetězce. Pro realizaci metod teorie omezení autor použije strom současné reality a strom budoucí reality. Následně je zpracováno technickoekonomické zhodnocení nápravných opatření. Přínosem této diplomové práce je identifikace problémů v rámci procesu údržby a navržení konkrétních řešení těchto problémů, které jsou relevantní pro zlepšení situace.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the theoretical description and application of the theory of constraints in the rationalization of the maintenance process in a selected company. In the theoretical part, the author describes the known literature in the field of logistics, maintenance, information flow and the theory of constraints. In the application part, the author analyses the overall maintenance chain in which he subsequently identifies the constraints. Furthermore, the author applies the methods of the theory of constraints to heal the weak points of the chain. To implement the theory of constraints methods, the author uses the current reality tree and the future reality tree. Subsequently, a techno-economic evaluation of the corrective interventions is developed. The contribution of this thesis is the identification of the problems within the maintenance process and the proposal of specific solutions to these problems that are relevant for the improvement of the situation.
