Abstract:
Revmatoidní artritida je chronické autoimunitní onemocnění, které postihuje 1 % populace v západních zemích. Přesná příčina revmatoidní artritidy zůstává neznámá. Je charakterizována chronickým zánětem kloubu. Kloub je infiltrován zánětlivými buňkami, včetně lymfocytů a aktivovaných makrofágů. Abstract:
The rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic autoimmune disease, which is affecting 1 % of the population in western countries. The precise cause of rheumatoid arthritis remains unclear. It is characterised by chronic inflammation of the joint. The joint is infiltrated by inflammatory cells, including lymphocytes and activated macrofages.
