Bakalářská práce pojednává o využití moderních fitness pomůcek v rehabilitaci. První část je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky. Cílem je, vyzdvihnout časté chyby při cvičení s pomůckami ve fitness. Dále navrhnout nové využití pomůcek v propojení s vybranými rehabilitačními metodami DNS, PNF a Feldenkrais. Součástí práce je fotografický materiál a popis uvedených cviků. Abstract:
This thesis deals with application of modern fitness equipment for rehabilitation. The first part is focused on theoretical knowledge. The goal is highlight the common mistakes in exercises with selected tools. Suggest a new tools usage based on DNS, PNF and Feldenkrais methods.
