Řešení problematiky pronájmu nemovitosti

Abstract:
Práce pohlíží na nemovitost jako na zdroj příjmů z pronájmu nebytových prostor. Důraz klade na právní úpravu nájemních smluv a související problematiku. Autor předkládá návrhy řešení formou inovace pořizované nemovitosti a pomocí metod hodnocení efektivnosti investičních projektů navrhuje nejvhodnější řešení.
Abstract:
The thesis regards with the real estate as a source of income originated in the lease of the non-residential premises. It places emphasis on the legal regulations of the leases and the questions related.
