Diplomová práce se zabývá schvalovacím procesem při poskytování hypotečních úvěrů. The diploma thesis deals with the approval process for providing mortgage loans. The aim is to compare the approval process for providing mortgage loans in selected banks (Hypo-teční banka, a.s., GE Money bank, a.s., UniCredit Bank, a.s.).
