Abstract:
Řízení lidských zdrojů je nepochybně jedna z nejdůležitějších činností chodu firmy. Aby podnik fungoval tak, jak má a postupně byly plněny stanovené cíle, je potřeba zaměstnance vést správným směrem, aby jejich práce byla co nejefektivnější.
