Comparison of conditions of financing the purchase of a car with the use of consumer loan and financial leasing

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnat podmínky financování koupě automobilu s využitím spotřebitelského úvěru a finančního leasingu u vybraných finančních institucí. V první části bakalářské práce je charakterizován spotřebitelský úvěr a finanční leasing. V další části bakalářské práce je analyzován vývoj využívání těchto finančních produktů v České republice v letech 2007-2019. Následně jsou s využitím dvou modelových příkladů, financování nového a ojetého automobilu, porovnány podmínky financování jejich koupě s využitím spotřebitelského úvěru a finančního leasingu. V obou modelových příkladech jsou porovnány podmínky spotřebitelských úvěrů od 7 bank. V případě financování koupě nového automobilu jsou porovnány podmínky 4 finančních leasingů. V případě financování koupě ojetého automobilu jsou porovnány podmínky 3 finančních leasingů. V obou modelových příkladech se ukázalo, že je nejvýhodnější využít spotřebitelský úvěr od Equa bank.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare the conditions of financing the purchase of a car with the use of a consumer loan and a financial leasing at the selected financial institutions. The first part of the bachelor thesis characterizes consumer loan and financial leasing. In the next part of the bachelor thesis, the development of the use of these financial products in Czech Republic in the years 2007-2019 is analysed. Subsequently, the conditions of financing the purchase of the new and used car with the use of the consumer loan and the financial leasing are compared. We compared conditions of consumer loans from 7 banks in both model examples. In case of the financial leasing, we compared offers from 4 companies for the purchase of the new car and offers from 3 companies for the purchase of the used car. Both model examples demonstrate that the most advantageous choice is to use the consumer loan from Equa bank.
