Tato práce se zabývá trestným činem genocidy, ke kterému došlo ve Rwandě v roce 1994. Struktura textu je uzpůsobena tak, aby poskytla kompletní přehled o politicko-historickém vývoji, tzn. zkoumání příčin a následná analýza průběhu a následků genocidy. A text of the thesis is focused to an criminal act of genocide that happened in Rwanda in 1994. A structure of the thesis provides summary of political-historical evolution, that is causes, preparing, process and consequences of the genocide.
