The role of the collisional caretaker during the decision making about the putting a child in the alternating custody of parents

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o úloze kolizního opatrovníka dětí při jejich svěření do střídavé výchovy. Počátek bakalářské práce popisuje problematiku rozpadu rodiny a dále pojednává o kolizním opatrovníkovi, který se zabývá řešením otázek ohledně nezletilých dětí, zejména stanovením vhodné formy jejich budoucí výchovy. Pozornost je zaměřena na povinnosti i dovednosti kolizního opatrovníka a jeho úlohu v opatrovnickém řízení. Část bakalářské práce je věnována střídavé výchově a pohledu odborníků na tuto formu řešení úpravy práv a povinností k dětem. Teoretická část práce končí stanovením určitých předpokladů pro fungující střídavou výchovu. Tyto předpoklady jsou dále prověřovány v praktické části této bakalářské práce za pomoci příslušných výzkumných metod. Na závěr práce se objevuje shrnutí výsledku a diskuse. Výstupem bakalářské práce je pak doporučení pro praxi kolizních opatrovníků ve formě sestavených bodů, které se jeví podstatnými ke správnému posuzování při svěření dítěte do střídavé výchovy.

Abstract:

The bachelor´s work is about the function of a collision guardian of children during their entrusting to the alternating upbringing. The beginning of this work describes the problems of a family break-up and it is about a collision guardian who is engaged in the solving of questions about underage children, especially in the determination of the appropriate form of their future upbringing. The attention is aimed at a collision guardian´s duties and skills and his function in the guardian direction. The part of the bachelor´s work is concerned with the alternating upbringing and the specialists´ point of view at this solution form of the alteration of laws and duties to children. The theoretical part of this work is concluded by the determination of certain conditions for the functional alternating upbringing. These conditions are examined in the practical part of this bachelor´s work using the corresponding explorative methods. The result summarization and the discussion are in conclusion of this work. The recommendation for the practice of collision guardians in the form of the given points which are substantial for the right assessment for the entrusting of a child to the alternating upbringing is the output of this bachelor´s work.
