Abstract:

Práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací systému pro řízení IT infrastruktury učeben a serverového clusteru Katedry informatiky a počítačů Přf OU. V prvních kapitolách je popsán systém řízení IT infrastruktury vycházející ze standardů ITIL. V této kapitole jsou popsány veškeré správy jednotlivých odvětví ITIL. V další části je popsán Service Operation, který se zabývá řízením IT infrastruktury. Následující kapitola popisuje aktuální stav IT infrastruktury na Katedře informatiky a počítačů, kde byly kladeny otázky na správce IT infrastruktury. Tyto otázky byly analyzovány a následně se vytvořil návrh opatření. V předposlední kapitole je popsán implementovaný systém pro monitorování Zabbix. Tato kapitola se zabývá popsáním možností, které Zabbix nabízí a také jeho samotnou implementací. Poslední část práce zobrazuje implementovaný helpdesk systém osTicket a jeho použití.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the design and implementation of a system for managing the IT infrastructure of classrooms and the server cluster of the Department of Informatics and Computers, Faculty of Science, University of Ostrava. The first chapter describes the IT infrastructure management system based on ITIL standards. This chapter describes all the administrations of the individual ITIL sectors. The next section describes the Service Operation, which deals with the management of IT infrastructure. The following chapter describes the current state of the IT infrastructure at the Department of Informatics and Computers, where questions were asked to the IT infrastructure administrator. These questions were analyzed and then created a draft measure. The penultimate chapter describes the implemented Zabbix monitoring system. This chapter describes the possibilities that Zabbix offers and also its implementation. The last part of the thesis shows the implemented helpdesk system osTicket and its use.
