Mapping ruderal flora and vegetation in Pilsen - Bolevec, map sheet:Plzeň 8-2/4 and Plzeň 8-2/3

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá studiem ruderální flóry a vegetace města Plzně, konkrétně v městské části Plzeň-Bolevec v mapových čtvercích Plzeň 8-2/3 a Plzeň 8-2/4. Celková rozloha mapovaného území je 2,5 km2. Následně byl z terénních dat vytvořen druhový soupis (Příloha 1). V rámci práce byly vypracovány mapy s lokalizací a počtem invazních druhů (Příloha 2) v programu ArcGIS. Na studovaném území bylo nalezeno 277 taxonů vyšších rostlin. Všem druhům, které jsou uvedeny v druhovém soupise, byly uvedeny ekologické nároky (FRANK et KLOTZ 1990), životní forma (KUBÁT et al. 2002), životní strategie a původnost druhů (PYŠEK et al. 2002). Nejpočetnějšími druhy v intravilánu byly: Lolium perenne, Plantago lanceolata, Plantago major, Plantago media, Polygonum arenastrum, Bellis perennis, Taraxacum sect. Ruderalia a Achillea millefolium. V extravilánu jsou nejhojněji zastoupeny tyto druhy: Pinus sylvestris, Calluna vulgaris, Calamagrostis epigejos, Arrhenatherum elatius, Vaccinium myrtillus, Vaccinium vitis-idaea, Dactylis glomerata, Aegopodium podagraria. Celkem bylo na území nalezeno 15 druhů invazních rostlin. Z čehož nejhojněji byla zastoupena turanka kanadská (Conyza canadensis), netýkavka malokvětá (Impatiens parviflora), zlatobýl kanadský (Solidago canadensis). Práce se zabývá také studiem biotopů. V intravilánu byl nejčastěji zaznamenán biotop s označením 10a (ruderální trávník s Lolium perenne). V extravilánu jsou rozsáhlé plochy s třtinou křovištní (Calamagrostis epigejos) ve všech svazech (monocenózy, s prvky Dauco-Melilotion a s nálety dřevin).

Abstract:

This work deals with flora and vegetation of city Plzeň, namely in the city part Plzeň-Bolevec in two map quadrants Plzeň 8-2/3 and Plzeň 8-2/4. The studied region has an area of about 2.5 km2. Then the list of plant species was created from data (supplement 1). Maps with localization and quantity of invassive species were elaborated using the ArcGIS PC program (suplement 2). 277 taxons of higher plants were found in the studied area. All of these species were described in term of ecological demands (FRANK et KLOTZ 1990), life forms (KUBÁT et al. 2002), life strategy and the species originality in the Czech Republic (PYŠEK et al. 2002). Species Lolium perenne, Plantago lanceolata, Plantago major, Plantago media, Polygonum arenastrum, Bellis perennis, Taraxacum sect. Ruderalia a Achillea millefolium were the most frequent in the urban area. In the rural area the most widely spread species were Pinus sylvestris, Calluna vulgaris, Calamagrostis epigejos, Arrhenatherum elatius, Vaccinium myrtillus, Vaccinium vitis-idaea, Dactylis glomerata, Aegopodium podagraria. 15 invassive species were found in the whole area. Conyza canadensis, Impatiens parviflora and Solidago canadensis were the most frequent. This work deals with studied associations. Association with nomenclature 10a (ruderall grass with Lolium perenne) was the most frequent in the urban area. In the rural area the most widely spread species were areas with Calamagrostis epigejos. Calamagrostis epigejos have had all union (monocenoz, with components Dauco-Melilotion and with woody plants).
