Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the study of the element copper and zinc distribution in successive stages of miniature pig MeLiM (Melanoma-bearing Liběchov Minipig) melanoma with spontaneous regression. The imaging analysis is carried out by the laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.
