Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je "Spravedlivá odměna za práci". Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se budeme zabývat rozborem platné právní úpravy v rozvržení šesti kapitol, tedy podáním souhrnného přehledu o spravedlivé odměně, jejího historického vývoje, dále pak její úpravy dle Listiny základních práv a svobod, zákoníku práce, předpisů Evropské unie a v poslední části dle úmluv Mezinárodní organizace práce. V praktické části srovnáme spravedlivou odměnu a oblast mezd v České a Slovenské republice. Cílem této práce je analýza platné právní úpravy, analýza historická, jejich zhodnocení a podání návrhů na změnu takzvané "de lege ferenda". V teoretické části byla použita analýza historická a analýza de lege lata, v praktické části pak komparační analýza.

Abstract:

The topic of my bachelor thesis is Rightful award for work. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part I analyze current legislation in six chapters. The thesis provides a comprehensive overview of this concept, it's historical development, provisions under the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, the Labour Code, regulations of the European Union and, finally, those of the Convention of the International Labour organization. In the practical part, I compare the concept of an equal pay for equal work, including wages, in The Czech Republic and in Slovakia. The objective of my thesis is an analysis of current legislation, a historical overview, it's evaluation and a proposal of changes in the so-called de lege ferenda using standard analysis in the theoretical part and comparative analysis in the practical part.
