Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem sexuálně motivovaných trestných činů. Obsahuje krátký výklad o historickém vývoji právní úpravy těchto činů na našem území, rozbor platné hmotněprávní úpravy trestných činů proti lidské důstojnosti v sexuální oblasti, kapitolu komparující právní úpravu těchto činů v ČR a SR, pohled na tuto problematiku z hlediska dalších vědních disciplín, část věnovanou procesním …more

This work deals with analysis of sexually motivated offences. It contains brief historical development of legal regulation of these offences on our territory, analyses of the present criminal-law regulation of the offences against human dignity in sexual scope, one chapter comparing legal regulation of these offences in Czech Republic and Slovakia, problems of sexually motivated crimes from other sciental …more
